I'm finally going to take my D800e for a real spin today. I have had the chance to shoot anything worth pointing a camera at since I got it. The best I've done so far is these flowers in my yard under overcast skies… I can't wait to aim this sucker...

The Nikon D800e is capable of much better images than these, but this is this was the best I could do on a windy day with a grumpy three-month old in tow.
