For events over $2000, a deposit of $1000.00 may be paid to confirm your reservation. Deposits will be accepted until 90 days before the event start date. Deposits are refundable if you cancel your reservation at least 180 days before the event start date. The balance of the full tuition is due by 90 days before the event start date.
For events $1999 or less full payment is required at the time of registration.
Tuition payments are refundable until 180 days before the event start date. After 180 days before the event, deposits have been paid to vendors to secure lodging, transportation, etc., and no refund of tuition or deposit is possible.
If you are past the refund cut-off date, and you cannot attend the event, your deposit and/or full tuition payment may be transferred to another party
