Arenal Eco Adventure Photo Workshop

If you’re looking for more than just photography classes, this is the trip for you. Working with the Leaves and Lizards Volcano Cabin Retreat, we developed this unique, all-inclusive photo workshop near the Arenal volcano. All of the excursions on this trip are part of Leaves and Lizard’s “Rural Tourism” project. Digital Photo Experience Learning Weekends
August 13-15, 2010 – Atlanta, GA
DPE is coming to Atlanta! Through the urging of Atlanta-based photographer (a.k.a. DPE’s Knight of Cool Ideas) Rob Knight, Rick Sammon and Rob will be putting on a digital photo experience event that can’t be missed. Well . . . you could miss it, but then you’d be missing out on lots of learning and lots of fun. Saturday features a full day of “Exploring the Light” with Rick and Lightroom instruction with Rob. Join Rob Knight on this photography workshop to some of the Caribbean’s most picturesque islands. Photography will be the focus of this trip, from dawn to dusk with a maximum of just ten photographers. On shore, Rob will be on hand to assist participants in shooting techniques including composition, exposure control and visual storytelling. Private transportation will take us to our destinations on shore in San Juan, St Thomas and St Maartin– many of which may not be the standard tourist destinations.
